The QualityTime app measures three key metrics; the ratio of valuable time to waiting time, the average waiting time and the overall customer satisfaction. This allows you to get a much better and granular picture of any providers' service quality levels and leads you to make an informed decision when picking a provider.
What's Measured?

The QualityTime Score is the ratio of valuable time to waiting time. We all know the feeling of arriving on time for your appointment and only to be told to wait to be seen. Even worse, sometimes you are told to wait multiple times throughout your appointment. By measuring this metric, the service provider will value your time just as much as they value theirs.
NPS Score
The Net Promoter Score is calculated based on responses to a single question: How likely is it that you would recommend this service to a friend or colleague? The scoring for this answer is based on a 0 to 10 scale and the overall metric calculates the difference between the percentage of promoters (those that would recommend the service) from the detractors (the ones that wouldn't recommend the service). The NPS Score ranges from -100 to 100.
